Join our compassionate team of therapists as Better You Counseling Services continues to grow! We’re looking for passionate licensed (LPC/LCSW) and pre-licensed (Master’s level/LAPC/LSW) clinicians to join our growing practice!

We are a supportive, client-centered practice committed to providing high-quality mental health care to adolescents, adults, and couples both in-person at our Mt. Lebanon office and via telehealth. Our mission is to help individuals lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, and we are seeking therapists who share that same dedication.

We offer:

• 1099 Independent Contractor (for LPC and LCSW only) and W2 positions

• Choose where and how you work: hybrid, fully remote, or fully in person

• Supervision for Master’s level clinicians working towards licensure
